CMS Integration

  • Export deliverables as Markdown or JSON from the customer portal.
  • Map the exported content structure to your CMS content model.
  • Import pages using your CMS bulk import tool or API.
  • Verify internal links resolve correctly after import.

Schema Implementation

  • Locate the schema guidance checklist in your deliverables package.
  • Add JSON-LD snippets to the <head> of each relevant page template.
  • Validate each page type using the Google Rich Results Test.
  • Monitor schema coverage in Google Search Console under Enhancements.

Analytics & Monitoring

  • Connect Google Search Console to your domain if not already configured.
  • Set up a Brand Pulse™ monitoring prompt set using the provided template.
  • Schedule weekly Brand Pulse™ runs and log results in your monitoring dashboard.
  • Review crawlability scores monthly using the Scan Engine report.
