FAQ

Frequently asked questions about EntityMesh, Authority Infrastructure, implementation options, AEO/GEO, EchoScan, SOMV, and what to expect from a Blue Ninja Systems engagement.

About EntityMesh

EntityMesh is Blue Ninja Systems' platform for building Authority Infrastructure. It turns approved brand knowledge into public, crawlable support hubs, answer hubs, FAQ systems, glossary pages, schema-ready content, and agent-ready knowledge assets that search engines, answer engines, AI systems, and buyers can understand, cite, and act on.

AEO, GEO, and AI Visibility

AEO is the practice of structuring content so that AI answer engines — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews — can understand, trust, and cite it when generating answers. SEO optimizes for ranking in a list of links. AEO optimizes for being the answer itself. EntityMesh is built to achieve both simultaneously.

EntityMesh Build

An EntityMesh build creates public, crawlable assets such as Knowledge Base articles, Answer Hub pages, FAQ systems, glossary entries, learning paths, comparison pages, proof pages, and internal linking structures. Each asset answers a specific question type and has a defined role inside the authority system.

The Diagnostic

The EntityMesh diagnostic scan inventories your website, evaluates crawlability and structured content, identifies authority gaps, and produces prioritized next actions. It tells you what exists, what is missing, what matters most, and what to build first.

Implementation and Delivery

The EntityMesh operating loop has six practical steps: scan the current authority gaps, map the Auth Graph, build the missing knowledge infrastructure, approve the source-of-truth assets, publish the crawlable infrastructure, and monitor what AI systems and the web reflect back.

Expectations and Results

EntityMesh is a compounding system, not an overnight solution. A typical build publishes within 4–8 weeks. After that, what you can measure is structural: schema coverage, crawlability, answer-page depth, and MeshScore movement. Whether and when AI engines cite you depends on their systems, not ours — EchoScan records what they actually do so you can see it, rather than predicting it.

RevenueLoop

RevenueLoop is Blue Ninja Systems' measurement and optimization engine for turning marketing activity into reliable, explainable revenue outcomes. It combines a first-party Truth Layer (ties traffic → identity → purchases → LTV), Revenue Pulse (weekly decision brief), Pipeline Intelligence (lifecycle playbooks via CRM), and an Optimization Loop (funnel diagnosis + experiment tracking) into one integrated system. It is a system — measurement + action + iteration — not a dashboard.

EchoScan and Revenue Pulse

EchoScan is the AI narrative and visibility intelligence layer for EntityMesh. It tracks how AI answer engines and search engines understand, describe, cite, and recommend your brand — not just where you rank for keywords. It monitors SOMV, definition drift, prompt coverage, competitor mentions, citation presence, sentiment drift, and authority gaps.

Pricing and Plans

EntityMesh now follows a ladder from Free Diagnostic to Scan + Roadmap, Paid Deep-Scan, Auto-Build, System Build Starter, System Build Professional, Elite, Partner, and Blue Ninja Managed. What each tier includes is summarized on this site; prices, availability, and checkout are handled at entitymesh.io.

Shopify App

Yes — the Blue Ninja Shopify App is currently in active development. It will be a single app with two modules: an EntityMesh module (Support Hub and Answer Hub publishing + schema) and a RevenueLoop module (revenue and attribution data ingestion). One install, one billing relationship. Contact Blue Ninja to join the early access list.
